YUMS is a tool that allows you to use your MyUMS ID and password to collect data from the UMS and then compute everything needed to cater your needs ranging from attendance to marks.
The user is required to sign in once and everything is collected that's needed for the app to work.
The student can enter the UMS in two different ways: by signing in using the MyUMS ID and password, or by entering the UMS URL. The latter is the recommended way as it provides a more secure connection.
Once the student enters the UMS, the app fetches the information from the database, computes the grades, and displays the results. The student can use the app to:
View the timetable for the current term. View the timetable for the current semester. Add subjects to the timetable. Add a class. Add a subject to the class. Set the default term and semester. Set the default UMS. Print the results. Download the results in Excel format.
